This 3 week short course on Genetics was taught by Karen Sugden, PhD and covered the following topics: Week 1 - Introduction to biomarkers and genetics: a biology refresher; Week 2 - Measurement and technical application of biological material: the why, what and how of biomarker assessment; and Week 3 - What can and can't we collect in the field?: practical implications of biological material collection.
